Individual Therapy

We help teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, work stressors, and more. Using a variety of different therapeutic approaches (including EMDR therapy), we tailor each person's treatment plan to their individual needs and goals. We strive to make our virtual and in-person therapy spaces feel safe and supportive no matter what you're going through.

Couples Therapy

We support couples experiencing a wide range of different challenges, including breaches of trust, communication issues, life transitions like marriage or having children, and struggles with intimacy. Our Chicago couples therapists can help you and your partner grow a deeper understanding of each other and feel closer than ever before.

The Process

First, begin by clicking “Request a Session” to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation or to get started working with one of our clinicians.

First Session

Our first session will be an intake session where we’ll have the opportunity to collaborate, creating a unique treatment plan moving forward.

Ongoing

We recommend first meeting weekly and we’ll then transition to a therapeutic schedule that aligns with our collective goals.
